Organizations are increasingly creating greater decision-making leeway for their employees. This enables them to respond better and faster to customer requests. However, information must be collected and distributed effectively.<\/p>\n

Digital media are the perfect tools here. Managers can use them to delegate tasks to employees without losing track. But digital leadership is not a self-runner and requires rethinking within the company.<\/p>\n

So einfach ist es leider nicht. Grund hierf\u00fcr ist, dass im Rahmen des Change das Ziel bereits schon klar ist und folglich \u201enur\u201c der alte Zustand deinstalliert und die Neuerung installiert wird.
