In the past, messages were distributed with the help of printed paper such as newspapers or leaflets. This took time and the scattering radius was limited. Today, the Internet offers opportunities within seconds to make information available to the world.<\/p>\n

Using Digital Media effectively and carefully<\/strong><\/p>\n

More and more companies are taking advantage of these opportunities. This often happens in communication processes between managers and employees.<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, many companies are not yet aware of what is necessary to use digital media effectively. You can’t just make them available to employees. They have to be integrated into the corporate culture as an alternative way of communication. This includes not only excessive but also careful handling of digital media.<\/p>\n

Grund hierf\u00fcr ist, dass im Rahmen des Change das Ziel bereits schon klar ist und folglich \u201enur\u201c der alte Zustand deinstalliert und die Neuerung installiert wird.
