The differentiated category system with 180 questions, broken down into six main categories, enables a sound assessment of individual executives. The manager to be evaluated chooses a minimum of three people to give feedback on the categories listed below. These persons can be own employees, customers or even suppliers.

By e-mail, the people get an access code to log into the feedback system and answer the questions comfortably online.
