In this series of seminars, the participants learn what impact verbal and non-verbal communication have on the discussion partner, client, and team. They understand the reactions that are triggered by language and body language behavior in presentations, moderation and conversation, and how communication works efficiently.
Aims
Conversational techniques are trained with the goal of sustainably increasing one’s own self-confidence and persuasiveness in project meetings and other communicative occasions.
