The ingenior feedback system is based on state-of-the-art modern leadership theories, it is statistically evaluable and customizable for each company.
The differentiated category system with 180 questions, broken down into six main categories, enables a sound assessment of individual executives. The manager to be evaluated chooses a minimum of three people to give feedback on the categories listed below. These persons can be own employees, customers or even suppliers.
