Our LEAD program was developed in cooperation with several internationally operating companies. The challenge was always to pick up middle management from the “sandwich position” and to develop leadership knowledge on the one hand and character maturity on the other hand on the basis of reflection of one’s own personality.
Several companies have already benefited from the structure of the practice-oriented program, in particular from the building blocks tailored to individual characteristics.
Structure and Procedure
The first three modules impart basic knowledge about leadership. The supervisor assessment, which is carried out specifically for this purpose, serves to identify topics from the LEAD Academy that are relevant to the individual. In addition, it must be clarified whether coaching, mentoring, team coaching, etc. are appropriate to ensure sustainability.
