How to successfully extend the boundaries of your team
The team is not always as flexible and capable of learning and innovation as it would be necessary to move the department/company forward. Often executives are looking for ways to challenge the team to put an end to the rut/fixings of the past. What can one do and how do you succeed?
Aims
In this seminar, leaders will learn how to get your team out of the comfort zone into the learning zone for the first time or repeatedly without ending up in the harmful panic zone. They learn to support their team by appropriate demands and thus to improve their ability to learn and innovate sustainably.
