Successful engineers and technicians have one thing in common: They know the effect of their own language and body language and understand how to use it in their dealings with colleagues, supervisors, and customers in order to achieve the success of the conversation.

Aims

In this practice-oriented seminar, the participants expand their basic knowledge of communication. They learn to read between the lines by means of Active Listening and how important this is for the successful application of confidence and persuasion techniques. In addition to the safe use of conversation techniques, the focus of the seminar is on the body language. The participants learn to interpret the body language of the other person while at the same time being aware of their own posture and using it in a targeted manner.
