Successful communication is above all a question of the relationship between one another. But often a good relationship is prevented due to the way in which the often hectic work routine is communicated.
Aims
In this training, you will get to know the concept of Nonviolent Communication, which is extremely helpful in daily communication and conflict resolution. Ostensibly it is about developing a respectful relationship with the other person so that the flow of communication leads to more trust, joy, and success in one another.

Methods
