In order to be able to lead employees properly and according to the situation, the manager first has to recognize the degree of maturity, that is, to determine how competent and motivated the person concerned is. Accordingly, the selection of the appropriate leadership style. In addition, it is also important to analyze the situation in order to find out which of the four basic styles of leadership suits the situation and the person in each moment.
Aims
Based on various role-playing games, the practice of situational leadership is also practiced in critical situations, so that the manager increases his accuracy in the assessment and receives concrete assistance for the day-to-day management. Ultimately, the use of situational leadership can increase efficiency and achieve some objectivity in the management task.
